These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SortSell (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SortSell helps users organize items for sale and generate pricing, descriptions, and printable garage-sale tags, and may support marketplace listing workflows. You are responsible for your content, listings, inventory, and compliance with any third-party marketplace rules.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as images and item information). You grant SortSell a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or prohibited sales.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in a way that harms others.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service may produce AI-generated suggestions (titles, descriptions, prices, tags). Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms (price, billing interval) are shown at checkout and in your billing page. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g., marketplaces, payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and SortSell is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will meet every requirement. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SortSell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
