Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
SortSell subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as shown at checkout). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances. In general:
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charge or incorrect amount), we will correct it.
- If the Service experienced a major outage that materially prevented use, we’ll review requests case-by-case.
- We typically do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@sortsell.io with your account email, the invoice date/amount, and a brief explanation. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can help. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Service.
